Douglas (Doug) Wood, aged 64, is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Doug has over 40 years' experience in the accounting and taxation profession and has been actively involved in the management of public companies for a number of years, fulfilling the roles of chairperson and managing director. Mr. Stephen Gostlow Managing Director |
Stephen (Steve) Gostlow, aged 35, is a qualified Environmental Scientist with a background specifically focusing on waste management, health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance, dangerous goods and hazardous waste handling and treatment. Steve initially gained waste management experience in the mining sector before joining the State Government Environmental Protection Authority (EPA). He completed 4 years with the EPA in the licensing and waste management divisions gaining valuable experience in regulatory compliance before joining the Group as a Compliance Manager in April 2002. He was appointed North West Regional Manager in December 2002 and State Manager in December 2003. Steve does not hold, or has held during the past 3 years, any other directorships in other public companies. Steve has been a director since 2005. |

Mr. Michael Humphris, CA Independent Non-Executive Director |
Michael Humphris, aged 58, is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 30 years experience in the areas of business advice, corporate recovery and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in business reconstructions, enhancing value for shareholders, divestments, mergers and acquisitions. Michael is currently a director of the following public companies:

Richard (Dick) Allen, aged 58, is a Civil Engineer who has worked as a design and supervising engineer on road, bridge and structural projects in Australia, the UK and the Middle East before joining Baroid, a Houston, Texas based petroleum service based company in May 1978. With Baroid, Dick filled a variety of technical and management positions culminating in the position of Manager for the Asia/Pacific region with responsibility for operations in 16 countries, a turnover in excess of $80 million and employing more than 250 people. Since January 1999 Dick has been directly involved in the environmental services industry with specific focus on waste to energy and renewable energy projects and brings these expertise to the Group. Dick is also a director of Plantation Energy Limited. Dick has been a director since 2005. |

Mr. Wynn Rees Independent Non-Executive Director |
Wynn Rees, aged 74, is a veteran of the waste management industry in WA. Wynn brings to Tox Free over 30 years of experience in establishing successful businesses throughout WA. Wynn was the owner of Kimberley Waste Services until 1 April 2007 when Tox Free acquired the business. Wynn founded Kimberley Waste in 1989 with a business plan to expand the services to all major towns in the Kimberley region of WA. This strategy was achieved in 1995 and the business has since grown to be the leading waste management company in the Kimberley and Gascoyne regions of WA. In 1976, prior to Wynn's involvement in the waste industry, he held senior management positions in the transport and stock and station industries. Wynn does not hold, or has held during the past 3 years, any other directorships in other public companies. Wynn has been a director since April 2007. |

Mr. Gerrard Styles Executive Director (appointed March 2008) |
Gerrard (Ged) Styles, aged 41, is a qualified petroleum geologist with experience gained in the North Sea, Europe and North Africa. Ged also holds an MBA. Ged has 14 years of experience in the hazardous waste management industry in the UK and Australia, where he has held management positions with a number of waste management organizations and he is currently involved in the operations management of all of Tox Free's facilities in Australia. Ged has been employed by Tox Free since 2005 when he was the Site Manager in Kwinana. Ged does not hold, or has held during the past 3 years, any other directorships in other public companies. Ged has been a director since March 2008. |
