High Pressure Cleaning
Specialised equipment for the cleaning of industrial equipment, tanks, workshop floors, machinery, process and storage areas, bilges and engine rooms. Hot and cold water blasting as well as specialty dry ice / CO2 blasting equipment, pipe cleaning and water jetting to 20,000 psi.
Tank & Vessel Cleaning
High pressure cleaning of internal and external surfaces of all tanks, vessels and ships bilges. Stringent Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and compliance. Gas Free Certification and air quality monitoring conducted in accordance with AS 2275 1-2 1979. Experienced, fully trained technicians in confined space, tank entry and cleaning methods.
Liquid Waste Treatment
State of the art treatment facility for the treatment of bilge water, oily water, oil sludges and other contaminated liquid wastes. Outr facilities are fully licensed by the Environmental Protection Authority and State Water Authority.
Tank Degassing
Tox Free is fully trained in tank cleaning and degassing for hot work or integrity testing. Gas Free Certificates can be provided by an experienced industrial chemist in accordance with AS 2275 1-2 1979.
Vacuum Loading & Liquid Waste Collection
Fully self contained Vacuum Loading Equipment manufactured by KingVac. The KingVac 9000 provides 27“ Hg continuous vacuum providing 9000 m3/ hour air displacement.

Tank Hire
Tox Free has tanks ranging from 1,000 litre to 55,000 litres available for hire from 1 day to 365 days. Tox Free can drop off a specified tank and return to collect your liquid waste for treatment any where within Australia.
Triple Intercooler & Plate Separator Servicing
Tox Free services triple interceptors, plate separators and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Tox Free undertakes hot water washing and removal of liquid waste and sludges for treatment.
Specialised CO2 / Dry Ice Blasting
CO2 / Dry Ice Blasting is specialised equipment unique to Tox Free. The equipment enables the removal of scale and tar without damaging equipment or machinery surfaces. Because no water or garnet is used in the cleaning process there is also minimal waste for disposal reducing waste disposal costs considerably. This equipment is a non damaging alternative to abrasive blasting particularly suitable for electrical equipment such as turbines.
