Steve Gostlow - Managing Director
Steve Gostlow joined Toxfree in April 2002 initially responsible for Toxfree’s North West Operations in Port Hedland in the capacity of North West Regional Manager. At this time Steve was responsible for the development of Toxfree Pilbara Resource Recovery Centre located in Karratha and the development of Toxfree’s total waste management services to the resource sector in the Pilbara region.
In February 2004, Steve was appointed State Manager, Western Australia and in January 2005 Steve was appointed Managing Director. Since this time Steve has overseen the development of Toxfree from the company’s initial two sites in Western Australia employing 20 people to Toxfree’s current operations incorporating over 80 business units across Australia employing in excess of 1600 people and generating revenues in excess of $400 million.
Steve is a qualified Environmental Scientist with over 17 years’ experience in the waste management industry. He has a background in waste treatment, waste technologies and regulatory compliance. Previous to Toxfree Steve was employed by the Western Australian State Environmental Protection Agency within the waste management and compliance sections.
Peter Goodwin - Chief Operating Officer
Peter Goodwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Newcastle University and an MBA from Macquarie University. Peter is a Fellow of both CPA Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia. Working in the waste industry for over 20 years, after initial experience in the Steel industry Peter has extensive international experience in waste management and industrial services, including projects in the USA, Asia and Europe. Peter was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer with Toxfree in 2010.
Michael Constable - Chief Financial Officer
Michael Constable is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. Michael has 10 years experience in Chartered Accounting Practices and the last 13 years have been held in senior finance roles within the Nylex, Programmed Maintenance Services and Toxfree Solutions Groups. In July 2009, Michael was appointed to the role of CFO with Toxfree.
Jason Dixon - Executive General Manager – Corporate & Risk
Jason Dixon has a Bachelor of Business, Accounting from RMIT a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Economics and is a member of The Governance Institute of Australia. Prior to joining Toxfree, Jason held senior finance positions with CMG Capital Pty Ltd and Allianz Dresdner Bank Australia. Jason was appointed the role of Executive General Manager – Corporate & Risk with Toxfree in 2009.
Sarah Bagshawe - Executive General Manager – Human Resources
Sarah Bagshawe has 20 years of HR experience, across a range of organisations and sectors including energy, logistics, fast-moving consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals both in Australia and the UK. Sarah has a BBus (Human Resource Management) and has been employed by Toxfree since 2011 when she was appointed Executive General Manager – Human Resources.
Josh Bovell - Chief Information Officer
Josh Bovell has a Bachelor of Commerce, Information Systems from Curtin University and a Diploma in Business Administration. With over 20 years experience in the ICT industry Josh has held senior positions in BHP Billiton Iron Ore and Cisco Systems Singapore prior to joining Toxfree. Josh was appointed to the role of Chief Information Officer with Toxfree in 2013.
