Purchase Order Terms & Condition
In these terms and conditions:
a) Conditions means these purchase order terms and conditions;
b) Date for Delivery means the date for delivery of the Goods and/or performance of the Services as set out in the Purchase Order;
c) Delivery Point means in relation to Goods, the delivery address for the Goods as set out in the Purchase Order and in relation to the Services, the place for performance of the Services as set out in the Purchase Order;
Supplier Code of Conduct
Toxfree is committed to high standards of business ethics and integrity as reflected in Toxfree’s Code of Conduct. Toxfree expects all of its suppliers (“Suppliers”) to adhere to similar good working standards and business ethics. The Supplier is expected to comply with the requirements set out in this Toxfree Supplier Code of Conduct. In addition, Toxfree and the Supplier may agree on further standards in supply agreements.View Pdf
